At the sprightly age of 80, CP Pump Systems gratefully releases Mr. Peter Wirz into a well-deserved retirement!
For 30 years Peter Wirz worked as a development engineer at CP Pumpen AG. After his official retirement in 2006 (!), he accompanied and supported CP Pump Systems for another 15 years and is now definitely going into his well-deserved retirement at the age of 80.
His personal words of farewell are a blessing for all of us and confirm the excellent working atmosphere at CP Pumpen AG as well as the flexible working conditions.
"After 30 years in the service of CP Pumpen AG, however, I don’t want to disappear from the scene without thanking all of you for the good cooperation, especially our Head of Engineering, Thomas Folsche, as well as the colleagues who have supported me in various projects in wonderful teamwork. My thanks also go, of course, to the management of CP Pumpen AG for the trust and respect that I have been able to experience at all times since I started on October 1st, 1991. It was by no means a matter of course that after reaching retirement age in October 2006 I was still allowed to take on such interesting development tasks on one, sometimes two days a week. I look back with pleasure on all these years with many exciting experiences and pleasant human encounters.
I wish you all and CP Pump Systems all the best for the future.
