Safe as a fish in water! Safe pump technology from CP Pump Systems demonstrated live at Pumps & Valves 2021 in Zurich!

The time has finally come! On November 17 and 18, 2021, we welcome you to our live demonstration at Pumps & Valves in Zurich, Hall 6, Booth I05. Experience at our booth and at the presentation "Safe pump technology – to protect people, environment and investment."

Thanks to Swiss expertise with safety in flow!
For the fish it is as clear as day, the leakage must not be! For you as a pump operator too and for us as a pump manufacturer as well: A leakage or a failure of pumps have serious consequences and can harm humans, animals and our environment. CP magnetic drive pumps are sealed to keep people, the environment and your processes safe. Challenging, hazardous or aggressive fluids require quality, expertise and safety. CP designs its MKP pump range according to this credo: Multiple safety thanks to MKP safety features - presented live at Pumps & Valves 2021 in Zurich.

CP has more to offer – live demo MKP safety features.
We will present five exciting safety features during our live demo and show their benefits for your production. Visit our live demo at the CP Pumpen AG booth!

Wed. 11/17/21 | 10.00 a.m., 11.30 a.m., 1.30 p.m. and 3.30 p.m.
Thu. 11/18/21 | 1.30 p.m. and 3.00 p.m.

1) Primary containment:
"Technically tight": neither drip leakage nor gaseous emissions. All CP magnetic drive pumps feature a primary sealing (containment shell), the "first barrier".

2) Secondary containment:
Increased production and safety requirements are now covered by the secondary containment/sealing "secondary barrier".

3) Thermocouple/Shroud Temperature Monitoring:
By monitoring the temperature change at the containment shroud, extraordinary operating conditions can be detected early and very quickly. People and production are safe!

4) Level Indicator (liquid detector; e.g. Liquiphant):
If liquid should leak out for any reason, the liquid detector detects this quickly and secures!

5) Pressure Indicator (Manometer):
In the event of a leak, the gas is compressed in the pump lantern. The pressure ratios change and the pressure gauge provides a safe indication.

You can see all this at our CP booth in Zurich at Pumps & Valves, Hall 6, Booth I05.
