Operation Range

CP indicates the capacities, heads, pressure ratings, fluid temperatures, kinematic viscosities and solids handling capability for each pump model.

Capacities

Our standard pump capacities range from flow rates of 0.1 to 600 m3/h.
CP pump with the highest flow rate: MKP
CP pump with the lowest flow rate: MSKPP
In some markets, we can also supply custom sealless pumps with even higher capacities.

Heads

As standard, our pumps deliver heads ranging from 5 to 120 m.
CP pump with the highest head: MSKPP
CP pump with the lowest head: MSKP
In some markets, we can also supply custom sealless pumps for even higher heads.

Pressure ratings

CP pumps have a standard pressure rating of PN 16, the most common pressure class in the chemical industry. We also offer our most important pump models with a pressure rating of PN 25 and some types in PN 10.
PN 16 (CP’s standard): MKP, MKP-S, MKTP, MKPP, SZMK, MKP-BioMKPL, MKPL-S, MSKP, MSKPP, MSKSIL-BTO, ZMP, EB
PN 25 (optional): MKP, MKP-S, MKTP
PN 10: MSKP, MSKPP, MSKS, ZMP, ET
PN 40: KTP
In some markets, we can also supply custom sealless pumps in PN 40, PN 63, PN 100, PN 160, PN 250, PN 320 or even PN 400 pressure classes.

Fluid temperatures

Our pumps’ standard fluid temperature range is -100°C to +350°C. Even extremely high or low temperatures are not a problem for CP pumps if the appropriate materials are chosen.
CP pump with the highest temperature range: MKP
CP pump with the lowest temperature range: MKP

Kinematic viscosities

As standard, our pumps can handle fluids with a kinematic viscosity of between 0.2 and 350 mm2/s.
CP pump for the highest viscosity: MKP
CP pump for the lowest viscosity: MKP

Solids handling capability

CP’s pump models are capable of handling solid particles of various sizes and concentrations. Besides our ZMP model designed especially for grinding, chopping, macerating, mixing and pumping slurries with a high solids content, we offer a variety of magnetic drive and double mechanical seal pumps for handling solids.
CP magnetic drive pump with the highest solids handling capability: MKP
CP double mechanical seal pump with the highest solids handling capability: ET
