CP Pumpen AG has been training young people at its site in Zofingen for many years and is proud of this fact. Because with a recognised apprenticeship we enable accomplished school leavers in Switzerland to make a successful start in the world of work – today and tomorrow.
We offer demanding training courses both for prospective multi-disciplined engineers as well as in the commercial field. Right from the start our apprentices become acquainted with the interesting activities carried out by our international industrial company. They are able to put their specialist interests to use and at the same time apply and strengthen their language skills from school.
Training is done at three levels: at the company using qualified and committed professional trainers, at vocational college, where apprentices can choose to attain the Swiss Certificate of Competence or a vocational school-leaving certificate, as well as at external courses that give them specific industry knowledge. Theory and practice thus alternate and are optimally combined. Variety is guaranteed and there is room for personal development. All of which are benefits for the future career of our apprentices – be it at CP Pumpen or in the world of work in general.
